Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

THCA Product Restrictions:

We do not ship THCA products to the following states where THCA is restricted : Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

All products are Federal Farm Bill Compliant and contain less than 0.3% THC

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via USPS, and the following options are available:

- USPS First-Class Mail: Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 business days. Cost: $5.00 for orders up to 13 oz.
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days. Cost: $8.00 flat rate for all orders up to 70 lbs.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (overnight to most locations). Cost: $25.00 flat rate.Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Earthwise Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Earthwise Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If the shipping information provided by the customer is incorrect, Earthwise Supply is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Earthwise Supply does not accept returns under any circumstances.

You may, however, cancel your order and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made before the order has been shipped.

Earthwise Supply provides a 100% refund for orders that are canceled before shipping. Once an order has been shipped, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

In the event that a product is found to be damaged or defective, Earthwise Supply may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement.

Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Before shipping, Earthwise Supply documents each order with a photograph. If you receive an incorrect item or if the product is in poor condition, Earthwise Supply may, at its discretion, offer a replacement after you provide sufficient photographic evidence.

If Earthwise Supply determines that an error occurred on their part, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
